Marketing Executive

Join the Domestic Communications team as a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of regulatory communications, ad-hoc campaigns, and customer charter updates. You will help create clear, customer-centered communications that meet business objectives and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.

• Support delivery and proofing of regulatory communications
• Update customer charters and T&Cs
• Develop and implement marketing activity
• Ensure communications are clear, concise, and compliant
• Analyze communication performance and impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service principles
