Maintenance and Equipment Technician

CapWest is seeking a Maintenance and Equipment Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of their rental equipment fleet. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment, preparing equipment for rental, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a Red Seal certification.

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on rental equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Assist in equipment setup and provide customer training
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
