Regional Activation Manager

Drive revenue and growth in the Illinois market by executing marketing programs and initiatives for both consumer packaged goods and retail. This role requires strong relationship-building, collaboration, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

• Coordinate and execute regional and national marketing programs, initiatives, and events
• Support retail initiatives through tactical ownership of marketing initiatives
• Partner with retail operations and local store teams to execute marketing programs
• Ensure successful execution of promotions and product launches at store level
• Manage regional budget and record expenses
• Provide marketing initiative and event recaps with recommendations for improvement
