Senior Email Marketing Manager, Growth

Lead the strategy and execution for all email marketing initiatives, from prospect nurture to customer upsell. You'll have the creative freedom to test new approaches and the hands-on role to bring them to life, directly impacting engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility.

• Own multi-quarter email roadmap for nurture, campaigns, and journeys
• Set creative bar for email concepts, copy, and design
• Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak
• Grow and protect the prospect database
• Lead experimentation across audiences, offers, and messages
• Measure and report on conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact
