Senior Marketing Specialist - Growth (Brightflag)

Brightflag is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email and paid media growth initiatives. This hands-on role involves building campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and lead quality. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the NYC office.

• Manage end-to-end email marketing programs in HubSpot
• Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and G2
• Build and optimize campaigns for conversion and pipeline contribution
• Analyze performance and share learnings to improve marketing efforts
• Maintain email list hygiene and deliverability best practices
• Collaborate with Content, RevOps, and Demand Gen teams
