Residence Hall Director

Manage the daily operations of a residence hall, including supervising staff, programming, student conduct, and facility coordination. This is a live-in, full-time academic staff position for one academic year, with the possibility to apply for a permanent role.

• Oversee residence hall operations
• Supervise undergraduate resident assistants and front desk staff
• Manage programming, discipline, and counseling
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services
• Respond to crisis and student conduct situations
• Serve as a point of contact for resident support
