Proposal Writer

Syneos Health is seeking a Proposal Writer to develop compelling proposal documents that articulate customer needs and win themes. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to create customized solutions, driving strategy from concept to delivery, and researching project indications to inform content. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the life sciences industry and strong writing and project management skills.

• Lead strategy development for proposal documents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to articulate customer needs
• Create customized and compelling proposal documents
• Drive proposal strategy from concept through final delivery
• Research project indications to inform content development
• Serve as document owner for RFPs and RFIs
