Neighborly is seeking a Marketing Support Manager to lead their Marketing Support team and oversee daily marketing support services across their brands. This role involves managing a team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring timely and effective support for multiple brands within a hybrid work environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation
• Monitor support requests and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize operational processes
• 5+ years of experience in marketing support or related operational environment
