Senior Social Media Specialist

FleetPride is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to own and execute our organic social media strategy across key platforms like Facebook and Instagram, with potential expansion to TikTok, Reddit, and X. You will manage the content pipeline, create engaging content including short-form video, foster community engagement, and report on performance metrics to drive business outcomes. This role requires hands-on content creation, a strong understanding of social analytics, and the ability to build relationships across a distributed organization.

• Own organic social strategy and execution for Facebook and Instagram
• Manage content pipeline, calendar, and publishing workflow
• Create engaging social copy, graphics (Canva), and short-form video
• Monitor and respond to community engagement and manage online reputation
• Build relationships with field teams for authentic content creation
• Analyze performance metrics and report on social media impact
