Growth Marketing Lead

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will own high-impact client accounts at an early-stage AdTech startup, driving scalable growth across major paid platforms. You'll blend strategic media expertise with creative insight to develop and execute growth strategies, manage significant media budgets, and lead client relationships. This role is crucial for translating creative performance data into actionable insights and optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency.

• Own client accounts with annual media budgets of $5M to $50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Lead client relationships through strategy sessions and business reviews
• Develop growth strategies centered on creative performance
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
• 4-8 years of paid media experience, agency or consumer app background preferred
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta paid advertising platforms
