About this role
The Honest Company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support their Flushable Wipes business. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive category growth, product innovation, and marketing campaigns. You will analyze business performance, support the annual business plan, lead new product launches, and manage day-to-day operations.
What we are looking for
6- Analyze business performance, category trends, and consumer insights
- Support development and execution of annual business plan
- Lead workstreams for innovation and new product launches
- Partner with Sales and Shopper Marketing for retailer execution
- Monitor business performance across retail and eCommerce channels
- Manage day-to-day business operations and improve processes
