Growth Marketing Manager

Boom is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale predictable customer acquisition pipelines, primarily through strategic partnerships and referral programs. You will own day-to-day partner relationships, manage the referral program, and experiment with new growth channels like email and events. This role requires a data-driven approach to identify and optimize high-performing channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

• Own and grow strategic partnerships with vendors, integration partners, and industry associations
• Manage and optimize Boom's referral program end-to-end
• Test, scale, and report on new growth channels including email and events
• Develop partner enablement materials and co-marketing campaigns
• Track lead sources and attribute pipeline to specific channels
• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing experience
