Sr. Marketing Specialist, Events & Partnerships

PitchBook is seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist to execute impactful client experiences and manage conference and industry partnership strategies. This role involves planning and executing client events, managing a gifting program, and supporting conference logistics to drive lead generation and strengthen brand position. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy and consistent brand execution.

• Plan, manage, and execute client event and hosting programs
• Support planning, management, and execution of conferences and industry partnerships
• Manage event and gifting communications, promotions, and follow-up
• Evaluate, measure, and report on the strategic effectiveness of initiatives
• Track and manage event and travel budgets
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams
