Senior Marketing Specialist, Audience Strategy

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their Pro Marketing team. This role will support key Pro business objectives and revenue goals by developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies. You will leverage research and analytics to drive impactful marketing activations for their Pro customers.

• Manage marketing budget reconciliation and team processes
• Plan, implement, and execute marketing strategies and activities
• Drive brand awareness campaigns, events, and partner programs
• Translate insights and analytics into actionable marketing results
• Oversee marketing reporting and communicate campaign performance
• Support cross-functional project teams for high-value initiatives
