Digital Marketing Manager

Flex is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing execution, focusing on social media and email marketing automation. You will be instrumental in building brand awareness, engaging key audiences, and supporting demand generation efforts across corporate campaigns and business unit priorities. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), social media management, and campaign optimization.

• Lead digital marketing programs for corporate and business unit priorities
• Manage corporate social media channels, including content planning and performance optimization
• Execute email marketing and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Develop automated email nurture programs to engage prospects and customers
• Analyze digital marketing performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Monitor digital marketing trends, including AI, to enhance capabilities
