Assistant Director, Marketing & Business Development

Assist in developing and implementing revenue generation strategies and marketing direction for a shopping center to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and selling revenue opportunities, generating clients, managing budgets and financials, supporting sponsorship deals, and building partner relationships.

• Identify, create, and sell revenue opportunities
• Generate prospective clients through cold calling and networking
• Manage marketing budget and financials
• Support sponsorship/event deals including contracting and forecasting
• Develop relationships with partners and sponsors
• Manage local production of on-mall collateral
