Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Channels

Runway ML is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search and emerging bidding platforms end-to-end. This hands-on role involves managing seven-figure budgets across Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads, optimizing campaigns, and defending cost-per-subscriber breakeven. You will drive expansion into new geos and bidding surfaces, manage daily operations, and report on performance.

• Manage Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads campaigns, keywords, bids, and budgets
• Own and manage to cost-per-acquisition targets
• Execute a continuous test roadmap for bidding strategies and ad copy
• Prove incrementality through geo holdouts and lift studies
• Manage and allocate budget across markets
• Develop playbooks for new bidding platforms
