Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad

Join an early-stage AI recruitment platform as a Growth & Marketing Intern/New-Grad. You will own the full growth function, from outbound and paid acquisition to content and SEO, driving measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you'll treat every channel as a scientific process, testing, iterating, and optimizing to achieve results.

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events
• Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously
• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound programs with full deliverability management
• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
• Create and distribute high-velocity content including blogs, newsletters, and social posts
• Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking
