Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive (Kota Damansara)

Drive cross-border e-commerce growth by owning end-to-end affiliate programs and publisher networks. You will recruit high-impact partners, negotiate commission structures, and scale GMV during major shopping events, leveraging AI tools to work smarter in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage affiliate programs and publisher networks
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners
• Configure affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and commission structures
• Optimize partner ROI and drive campaign activations

• 3-5 years of affiliate marketing or partner channel management experience
