Head of marketing

Workwize is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function and drive predictable growth. This role will own the strategy, team, and execution across demand generation, product marketing, and brand, with a focus on scaling the company to €50M+ ARR and beyond. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and leading marketing functions through hyper-growth phases.

• Own marketing strategy, team, and execution across demand generation, product marketing, and brand
• Design and implement an integrated, predictable growth machine
• Build a demand gen growth model with clear attribution and leading indicators
• Drive feature adoption and customer expansion through product marketing
• Reinforce category position and brand to drive demand gen conversion
• Lead through strong pillar leads and execute directly when needed
