Local Marketing Manager

As a Local Marketing Manager at Nando's, you will partner with regional operations to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience. You'll be the voice of the customer and brand champion, translating national campaigns into successful local activations and identifying new opportunities to build community connections. This role is crucial in ensuring our restaurants deliver exceptional service and brand love.

• Partner with regional directors and restaurant managers to identify and implement sales and service improvement plans
• Act as the voice of the customer and brand ambassador within operations
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns informed by customer insights
• Manage local marketing budgets and ensure effective execution of national and regional initiatives
• Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for growth and marketing support
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different disciplines and levels
