Best Friends Animal Society is seeking a Marketing Manager in New York City to drive our mission of ending shelter killing. This role is central to our innovative Pet Adoption Center in SoHo, shaping how New Yorkers connect with and advocate for pets. You will lead community-centered marketing campaigns, blending data and instinct to increase adoptions, foster engagement, attract volunteers, and boost donations. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on animal welfare while leading and developing a direct report.

What we are looking for

Lead community-centered marketing strategy for the NYC Pet Adoption Center
Manage local content, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
Leverage data to analyze performance and inform strategy
Build and champion marketing systems and workflows
Strengthen media and influencer partnerships
Mentor and manage direct reports and volunteers
