Growth Marketing Specialist

VGW is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their Programmatic team in Sydney. This role focuses on building and managing mobile app marketing campaigns, including user acquisition, retargeting, and optimization across various platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies, execute campaigns, and analyze performance.

• Execute programmatic and mobile campaigns for performance and high impact
• Collaborate with internal teams on audience frameworks and creative testing
• Optimize campaigns based on key success metrics and funnel performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness
• Manage mobile tech stack including AppsFlyer and AdMob
• Develop relationships with media and technology vendors
