This role focuses on building and managing data-driven customer journeys using advanced marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Platform and Oracle Eloqua, ensuring personalized communication and continuous optimization based on performance insights.
What we are looking for
6- Execute and optimize automated, personalized customer journeys
- Leverage behavioral, transactional, and CRM data for lifecycle programs
- Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs
- Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and MarTech stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards
