Corporate Recruiter

First Student is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment efforts and build talent pipelines. This role partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, identify and engage candidates, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations. You will utilize an ATS and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Identify and engage potential candidates through networking and sourcing
• Ensure adherence to EEO and other hiring regulations
• Utilize Workday to manage applicant flow
• Support employer branding efforts
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
