Gyde is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to execute and support marketing initiatives that drive awareness and demand for our AI-native insurance brokerage platform. You will manage day-to-day marketing operations, collaborate across teams to bring our brand to life, and influence pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable marketing programs from the ground up.

• Execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and demand
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations including digital campaigns and events
• Develop content, email journeys, and landing pages for lead nurturing
• Collaborate with Sourcing, M&A, and Partner Growth teams
• Support portfolio agencies with go-to-market strategies
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment
