• Own enterprise-wide budget tracking for a $2B media investment portfolio
• Support weekly Flowchart creation and Media Mix Model inputs
• Partner to modernize financial workflows with automation and AI
• Manage end-to-end creation and coordination of media Purchase Orders
• Lead management of reclass funding and firm/flexible spend reporting
• Ensure quality assurance across media financial operations
