Prompt is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their RevOps Team. This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, managing the martech stack, and ensuring data integrity within HubSpot. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, systems-oriented, and possess deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM architecture.
What we are looking for
6- Manage and optimize full-funnel marketing-to-sales workflows
- Own and manage the martech stack, including integrations and AI tools
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for marketing KPIs and attribution
- Ensure CRM data integrity, lead scoring, and pipeline maintenance
- Identify opportunities for funnel performance and conversion optimization
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations with HubSpot expertise
