Senior Community Manager

Proton is seeking a Senior Community Manager to build and grow its global community. You will be responsible for developing strategies and systems to turn users into advocates, managing ambassador programs, and fostering engagement across various online platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for privacy and community building.

• Develop community ecosystem and own program delivery
• Build and manage the Proton Community Hub
• Create and evolve the ambassador program
• Grow and steward micro-communities across platforms
• Monitor brand reputation and community health
• 5+ years in community management or developer relations
