You will define channel strategies, measure performance rigorously, and build institutional knowledge for future media investments.

• Own the full cycle of new channel development, from evaluation to scaling
• Design and run incrementality tests to quantify true channel contribution
• Develop direct relationships with platform and media partners
• Support and scale Meta and TikTok paid social channels
• Set the creative testing agenda and develop hypothesis backlogs
• Document repeatable frameworks for campaign setup and optimization
