Join a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin as a Werkstudent Content & Brand. You will take full ownership of the company's brand presence across all channels, from LinkedIn content to video production and sales materials. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand from the ground up with significant autonomy.

What we are looking for

Write and produce engaging LinkedIn content for founders and the company
Create end-to-end video content including Reels and testimonials
Maintain brand consistency across website, pitch decks, and sales materials
Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent publishing
Analyze content performance and use data to inform strategy
Currently enrolled student available 16-20 hours/week for 12+ months
