Demand Generation Manager

ReliaQuest is seeking an energetic and organized Demand Generation Manager to lead a team in developing strategies that drive revenue growth. You will own strategy and execution across key paid and owned channels, partnering closely with sales and events teams to accelerate pipeline conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B demand generation experience and the ability to mentor junior marketers.

• Build and own the demand generation plan, including quarterly goals, channel mix, and budget allocation
• Manage and develop Demand Generation Specialists, setting priorities and providing coaching
• Review performance across paid, email, web, and event channels to optimize strategy
• Represent demand generation in cross-functional planning with sales, creative, and web teams
• Own reporting narrative for leadership, translating campaign and funnel data
• Set standards and best practices for ABM/intent tools, retargeting, and testing
