Head of Engagement & Services Marketing

Guardian Life is seeking a Head of Engagement & Services Marketing to define and lead customer and financial professional engagement strategies across the full lifecycle. This role will drive initiatives to strengthen relationships, improve customer experiences, increase retention, and accelerate business growth within the Individual Business segment.

• Define and lead enterprise engagement strategy across customer, advisor, and employer audiences
• Own enterprise segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
• Lead lifecycle marketing and customer journey optimization efforts
• Represent Marketing in enterprise transformation initiatives
• Leverage customer insights and data to inform strategy and modernize capabilities
• Build and lead a high-performing team
