Oliv AI is seeking a GTM Engineer to drive growth strategy and execution for their AI sales agents. This role involves identifying target accounts, building and automating campaigns, and analyzing results to generate qualified pipeline. You will be responsible for GTM experimentation, account research, campaign strategy, and managing GTM systems and automation.

Develop and refine ICP, market segments, and buyer personas
Build and launch targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and ABM
Automate GTM processes using AI, enrichment tools, APIs, and automation platforms
Analyze campaign performance and connect activity to pipeline and revenue
Experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for building systems
Hands-on experience with GTM automation and data-enrichment tools
