Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and execute the consumer lifecycle strategy for their virtual women's and families' health platform. This role involves building and optimizing automated communication flows across email, SMS, and in-app channels to drive engagement and retention, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Own the full consumer lifecycle roadmap from acquisition to retention
• Build and operate automated flows in Braze across multiple channels
• Manage lifecycle go-to-market for new program launches
• Lead the lifecycle experimentation program with A/B testing
• Partner with engineering on data triggers and integrations
• Ensure all communications meet HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
