Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager at Talbots, you will drive complex, omni-channel marketing and creative processes to ensure efficiency and best-in-class output. You will create detailed project plans, manage resources, foster collaboration, and mitigate risks to guide projects from initiation through deployment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills to liaise between creative teams and cross-functional partners.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Manage creative projects from initiation through deployment
• Facilitate key project meetings and ensure deliverable quality
• Mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed
• Serve as liaison between Marketing/Creative and cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce/retail or agency
