Marketing Specialist-Events

Marken, a UPS Healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute customer events, industry conferences, and trade shows. This role involves managing all event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships, with a portion of time dedicated to marketing communications and RFI support. The position is based in the Raleigh-Durham area and requires up to 20% travel.

• Lead planning and execution of customer events, conferences, and trade shows
• Manage all event logistics, including venues, catering, travel, and audiovisual
• Develop and manage event budgets and process invoices
• Coordinate attendee invitations, registrations, and event communications
• Provide support for marketing presentations, collateral, and RFIs
• Based in Raleigh-Durham, NC with up to 20% travel
