Growth Marketing Associate

ST Labs is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to drive our go-to-market execution. This generalist role offers significant range for an early-career marketer to write copy, plan and execute events, support sales campaigns, and analyze performance. You will be instrumental in reaching senior IT and service leaders at large enterprises with compelling, engaging content.

• Write high-volume, original copy across multiple channels with a consistent brand voice
• Own field marketing end-to-end, including event planning and execution
• Partner with sales on outbound and ABM campaigns, building necessary assets
• Develop deep product understanding to translate technical features into compelling stories
• Track campaign performance and drive data-informed experimentation
• 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or field marketing
