Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & MarTech for Asia Pacific to build and scale a data-driven growth marketing function. This strategic role connects growth strategy, performance media, marketing technology, and first-party data to acquire, engage, and retain customers, driving measurable business impact across the region.

• Lead APAC growth marketing strategy and performance marketing effectiveness
• Define and implement marketing technology roadmap (CRM, CDP, DMP)
• Develop and activate first-party data acquisition and audience segmentation strategies
• Build lifecycle and CRM strategies for customer engagement and retention
• Establish scalable ways of working and governance across cross-functional teams
• 8-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, MarTech, and data enablement
