Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize paid advertising campaigns for diverse clients across search and social platforms. You'll independently manage accounts, build new strategies, and leverage data to drive significant growth. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in specific channels and make a tangible impact on client success.

• Manage end-to-end paid advertising accounts and strategy
• Build and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft
• Utilize performance data to drive campaign improvements
• Develop expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social channels
• Manage significant monthly ad spend (€10k-€100k+)
• Native or C2 level German language proficiency
