Content & SEO Operations Specialist

Breezeway is seeking a Content & SEO Operations Specialist to drive organic growth and revenue. This role involves managing technical SEO, content strategy, and operational workflows to build a compounding content engine. You will collaborate with demand generation, content, and copywriting teams to optimize the website and content for search engines.

• Own on-site SEO infrastructure including internal linking and schema markup
• Manage website health, technical audits, and resolve crawl errors
• Develop and execute off-site SEO and backlink strategies
• Build keyword-optimized content briefs and manage the content calendar
• Publish and refresh content, ensuring on-page SEO requirements are met
• Track competitor keyword performance and conduct content gap analyses
