As Manager, Community Platform Growth, you will drive the expansion of AMA's two-sided Marketplace by attracting and engaging service providers, sellers, and consumers. You will develop and execute acquisition, onboarding, and engagement strategies, leveraging data, partnerships, and digital tools to achieve measurable marketplace growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can collaborate across departments to enhance the member experience and scale the platform.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for service providers and sellers
- Analyze marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and friction points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- Utilize digital campaigns, partnerships, and AI-assisted tools for growth
- Manage growth targets and report on key performance indicators
