SHI is looking for a Content Strategist & Writer to join our Editorial and Research team, focusing on the Public Sector. You will develop compelling content that establishes thought leadership and supports our technology solutions. This role involves translating complex public sector challenges into clear, value-driven narratives for target audiences, working closely with marketing and subject matter experts.

• Develop content strategies aligned with business goals for the Public Sector
• Write full-funnel content including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and webinars
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content creation and strategy
• Translate complex public sector challenges into clear, audience-specific narratives
• Utilize AI effectively in research and drafting while maintaining brand voice
• Apply SEO and AEO best practices to improve content discoverability
