Contact Center Rep

Baystate Health is seeking a Contact Center Representative to ensure timely and appropriate access to care for patients across their system. This remote role involves coordinating with medical practices and providers to schedule appointments, provide accurate information, and maintain high service standards. The representative will utilize clinical and administrative knowledge to facilitate efficient patient care and foster strong relationships with referring physicians and patients.

• Respond to physician and provider needs for timely patient access to care
• Schedule appointments and consults via phone, fax, and online portals
• Engage directly with patients to support timely appointment scheduling
• Provide accurate information for correct clinic appointment types and durations
• Maintain strict standards of confidentiality and accuracy
• Type over 40 WPM and possess strong communication skills
