Head of Performance & Growth Marketing

Lead performance and growth marketing initiatives for CMC Markets in Singapore and the region. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns across various channels, and oversee agency partners to drive brand and business growth.

• Drive marketing strategies with a focus on performance marketing and social/digital initiatives
• Manage digital marketing function and 3rd party agencies
• Execute plans to scale growth in Search, Display, Paid Social, Mobile, Affiliates and SEO
• Analyze and optimize performance of digital and growth initiatives
• 15+ years in marketing, preferably with digital/performance/growth marketing experience
• Data-driven with strong numeral literacy and commercial mindset
