Manager, Growth & Alliances

Manage and drive growth initiatives, new business development, and strategic alliances for the organization. This role involves coordinating the full pitch lifecycle, developing compelling proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to support demand generation and marketing execution.

• Manage and coordinate the full pitch lifecycle from intake to presentation
• Develop strategic, client-focused proposals and presentations
• Support business development initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate across functions to gather information and synthesize insights
• Track and report on new business activities and opportunities
• Develop and refine thought leadership content
