Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will drive Jotun's market position and competitiveness by leveraging customer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop impactful marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to execute segment and category strategies, ensuring profitable growth and successful product launches.

• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Paints, FMCG, or Construction
• Proven experience in category, product, and brand management
• Strong understanding of customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis
• Experience launching products and developing go-to-market strategies
• Commercially driven, analytical, and hands-on with strong stakeholder management
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive profitable growth
