Marketing Operations Manager

Neighborly is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead their technical marketing operations team. This role involves managing email and SMS campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to align business requirements and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, CRM, and a strong understanding of email/SMS regulations and technical fluency with HTML/CSS.

• Manage and coach a technical marketing operations team
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of email and SMS campaigns
• Establish and improve campaign build standards and operational best practices
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and MarTech teams
• Maintain adherence to email and SMS regulations and consent management
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues
