Editorial Manager

Typeform is seeking an Editorial Manager to lead and enhance their editorial storytelling across various channels and formats. This role will own the editorial roadmap, establish standards, and ensure narrative cohesion for content including thought leadership, research reports, newsletters, and product stories. The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and experience managing content at scale.

• Own editorial roadmap and calendar for newsletters, blogs, reports, and thought leadership
• Lead editorial direction for campaigns, product storytelling, and research content
• Serve as primary editor and quality reviewer for key written content
• Shape complex ideas and product narratives into clear, engaging stories
• Establish editorial standards, workflows, and review processes for consistency and scalability
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and external writers
