About this role
Temporal is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Campaigns to lead end-to-end campaign strategy across all key segments and geographies. This role is responsible for translating company strategy into multi-channel programs that generate measurable pipeline. You will own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and performance across the full funnel, partnering with various teams to ensure initiatives deliver business outcomes.
What we are looking for
6- Define and own integrated campaign strategy across enterprise, commercial, and international segments
- Build full-funnel plans orchestrating paid media, email, content, events, and community programs
- Lead integrated programs targeting net-new enterprise accounts in partnership with sales
- Drive self-serve sign-up volume through top-of-funnel campaigns targeting developers
- Scale ABM program covering 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of campaign managers
